"I painted this in 2022 during a time I felt stuck and trapped in life. I felt like in prison of my own thoughts and feelings and saw no way out. Painting with my hands made me feel like I could give more life to the canvas as there was this direct contact of my fingers, paint and canvas. Feeling paint physically, the texture, the softness, gives me fulfillment in its own way."
